Hello i've posted two applications and i dint mean to like it was my mistake and i've earned this account rep and posts and i dont want to get banned please admins feel mercy and just delete them and infract me for 2 months dont ban me

Where do you get the idea that admins here are so strict? They won't ban you, they probably won't even give you an infraction, they will just delete the post.
Just report the other advertisement (or application, however you want to call it) and request for it to be deleted.
