I think the title says everything . I would like to add mysql to a GodFather server , and put it on a Linux Server .
How to switch to mysql a GF server ?

MySQL is a tricky thing to dip into if you don't understand scripting atleast to a medium standard.
I would stick for files if you don't know where to start, however, you can look in Filterscripts and Plugins for MySQL connectors, but you'll have a hard time implementing it.
I don't think anyone would convert the whole GF script to MySQL just for the sake of it.
