Has anyone else been experiencing these kinds of glitches?

I had this same thing happening to me on other vbulletin forums, I'm using Chrome perhaps there's some bug with the latest chrome version?

Yeah, I guess is a Chrome issue. I just scroll up and down and it fixes itself.

It happens to me on any website when my connection is lagging/having issues. It's not a SA-MP forum issue.

Well I'm not lagging I think it is a browser issue now just wanted to check with everyone to see.

I get this on my internet banking. I have to hover over it to fix it. I believe it to be a browser issue.

This should auto-fix when you scroll up/down and I believe it is related to being lagging/having a bad internet connection although I could be wrong, - how-ever this isn't specific to SA-MP forums. This happened to me a few times in the recent days, aswell how-ever and I am also using chrome.
