Question 1. Any RP server with realistic standards, and no IC boundary between staff and players.

Question 2. The best way is to work with a business ICly, you can start by stocking shelves in a store, or being a bouncer.

Question 3: Any vehicle that is mid-range. Even if I did make a fortune off my ideas in RP, I never drove an expensive car. My favorite is actually the Yosemite.
