ok here is my problem i recently build a server.I launch it but anybody cant see my server my ip is:192.168.0.3
Please help me.

It's your private IP!Nobody can't connect to it..
http://whatsmyip.org <= this is the IP on wich can players connect..
It will work only if your router is setuped.
