Hi guys.
Its me Symphony...
I have some question, Yesterday my laptop was broken because fell from the table.
Now i have a new laptop, but the os is window 8.1 pro and it wont let me enter the gta-sa.exe or even start a gta game from sa-mp.exe. Anyone have a solution for this
ive tried to install directx 9.0 but the problem is it show up an error dialog

rename installation folder "San Andreas" to something like "San Andreas2".

Thanks guy, my problem is solved by doing this.
Go to Device Manager > Search for my Graphic Card & Roll Back it.
