When using AddStaticVehicle, use it like this
AddStaticVehicle(modelID, x, y, z, angle, colour1, colour2);

if you want to make them respawn after a while, use
AddStaticVehicleEx(modelID, x, y, z, angle, colour1, colour2, respawndelay);
