Install the package, where you installed GTA.
I guess you installed your GTA in program files 86x

Make sure you have the 1.0us version not the 3.0 version of GTA_SA.exe

Check if your GTA SA exe is even in that folder, if not download a crack.
Similar issue happened to me before.

At most time its in programfiles 86x

i think this is already fixed?
if not
following these steps:
Go to San Andreas Folder
Find Apllication Launcher, like gta_sa.exe or something, it must be changed/rename to gta_sa then save it
now Install/Re-Install SA-MP Client might work now i guess.
This is Tested by me and prove it working

Check your gtasa.exe if not then download a new gtasa.exe from web then install it and try .
