I usa XAMPP..The gamemode compiles without errors..I have installed the database as well..but when I turn the "samp-server.exe" it appears this..

Make sure that you're running a MySQL server on the same machine as the SA-MP server.

According to that warning you're receiving I suppose the host is not exactly "localhost". Check your mysql database information once again.
