Make sure the server is port forwarded correctly. Then you 'll be able to find your server
here. There are more than 5K servers in INTERNET TAB. Very tough to find 'em ...

Make sure that your announce variable is set to 1 on server.cfg

It happends to me also, i always though it's a bug, i don't still know what it is exactly.
