Hi,I have a SAMP server and I have a good gamemode..but I always have 0 players..I advertise it on some ******** groups and give free admins and alot of refunds but I still have 0 players please help..how can I get players??

You cant just open a server and watch people joining it.
1. Giving "Free admins" is really stupid. You should get players first, then choose some admins if needed. The fact that you mainly got randomly picked admins on your server harm the gameplay and doesnt get in players at all.
2. "Refunds" might give a 5-minute interest boost for new players, afterwards theres nothing left for them to do on the server as they already got everything and they leave. Forever.
3. Use the "search" to get other tips on how to get some players. But be aware that mostly those who need to ask how to do that wont ever get a good server after all.

What Mauzen said above, try to have patience the players wont just see your server and be like "OH, IMPRESSIVE!" never give admin status or whatever for people joining your server, refunding wont help aswell, just have patience keep upgrading your server over and over then try to advertise it on the forums, not like everywhere being a spam-whore wont get people to your server.

There are many ways to attract players, one of , get awesome gm, good host name, and ofc Hosted Tab would help, but not much.
