Anyone here knows any "FREE" MySQL Hosts that can support a .sql on over 100k lines?

I think they can support 100k but they aren't free, but if you use free host they include mysql database for free.

Well, the MySQL I am having, is 250k Lines, so yeh ^^, Idk if it supports that or not.

Mysql host supports unlimited count of lines, only memory is limited.

You should either run MySQL on the same server as the SA-MP server, or in the same datacenter as the SA-MP server. You do not want high latency to a SQL server, it'll slow everything down, and if the remote SQL server goes down, players will lose any stats they gain while playing.
