I have seen recently something like this. It's supossed to be someone attacking your server.
And on this warning, you can see that: Dropping a "Split Packet"from client. Which means its a different packet from the client.

Some can help me to fix this ?

I had the same problem came up 0.3z-r3, now only have problem with flooding or DDoS
