Well, I don't remember the name, but it's that mission where you had to get on a taking-off airplane with a bike, kill everyone aboard with a knife while dodging oncoming barrels, and then jumping off the plane.
I also liked the one where I had to fly behind a plane, then get aboard while jumping from my own plane, then again kill everyone aboard, but this time with a machine gun, Scarface mode.
...and the one where I got back to Liberty City, pretty good idea.

Amphibious Assault. Because, is there any better mission (given by a blind Chinese man) than having to swim all way from Pier 69 to a cargo ship, stealthily avoid guards on boats scattered all over the water, hop on a motherfucking cargo ship, slice a bunch of throats and plant a bug in the ship, then getting the hell out of there shitting milk without anyone noticing a random black guy got into their ship and killed everyone?

No, there's not any better mission than that.

"All we had to do, was follow the damn train, CJ!" Damn, I've heard that line a lot.

Saint Mark's Bistro was a good one, but I also enjoyed Breaking the Bank at Caligula's and its preparation missions: it's one of the first real heists of the GTA series.

I've completed that mission from my first attempt, but I didn't save so I had to do it again. Failed it about 6 times.
