Can't be overwolf because it is not yet supported for SA-MP from what I have read on their website.

I got it and installed everything, but my SAMP is getting messed up, alot of the textures are white and the text is invisible

Then you should remove it, try reinstalling it and see if it works, if it doesn't , just find another version or another program :/

I use TSNotifier and haven't had issues.
Run it as administrator
If you have the Hardware Overlay enabled, try turning it off. I did have issues when enabling that
