Right, so the server launches just fine. NPC's join, everythings working how it should. But it won't connect me to the server? Any idea of what I can do to make it work?

You have the server up and running yes? You're looking to test it local on your own?
Go to server.cfg and look at your port, yes? Now go to SA-MP and add localhost: port if you want to run it on Hamachi turn off your Firewall and hamachiIP: port

Yup, I did that too and still no success XD

Open your server.cfg. add a line called "bind" > add your IPV4 IP adress < . Then change the port to whatever you want, after that, simply open SA-MP client, and add your IPV4 IP adress, and the port you chosed, for example.

Then connect using your IPV4 IP Adress, and your port.

EXAMPLE :
>IPV4 IP > 55.55.55.55:7777

Almost forgot, make sure you have the latest Client, which is 0.3Z. and your server is updated to 0.3Z version aswell, if you didn't updated your server, go ahead and do it by simply replacing the samp-server.exe with the new one from 0.3Z Server package.

On first place, why do you use Hamachi to test your server? Simply port forward it.

Actually, I can honestly say I've tried all of this, with no success XD
