As I see you are probably from Bosnia/Croatia/Slovenia/Serbia and unfortanely as I know you can't get a static address because you don't have a company and it would be useless for you because you don't have big upload speed to handle server/s.

That's right...i am from Bosnia.

You can buy you own Static IP, but you must have a godlike PC to run 1 server corectlly.

Its better for you to look for a hoster.
