Hello.

I've been trying to update my hosted server to 0.3z yet it continues to remain on 0.3x.
I cannot figure out the problem, does anyone have any suggestions?

When I run the server on local it runs on 0.3z.

I'm stumped.

This happened to my server as well, I was really confused. I sent them a ticket and within a day they updated the server themselves.
