dini and MySQL are just.. different. You have to write queries (commands) to save data (as you may know already). I can't think of a way to convert it or of a way to not do too much, in every way you will have to write the queries yourself.

Learn MySQL, learn how dINI works.

You need a moderate understanding of SQL to be able to do this. You also need to understand dini in order to know how to change it from dini. If you have little understanding of either of these, then someone else would need to do it for you. Search around for tutorials on SQL and dini individually to gain some understanding.
