Am i the only one that tells me Database is error each time i visit the forums?

Why does that matter? It's the forum, not his browser. It happens from time-to-time, possibly due to overload.

Had this issue a few times myself, I just went outside for a bit came back and it was fine.

There's probably a database back-up in progress which causes the slow connection time with the database so you time out and get that error message, once it's complete connection is normally restored.

i reccomend them to use nginx + MariaDB
