You have to create folder called "plugins" and put them there, not just only write their name in config file. If you have done that, make sure you haven't downloaded Linux version.

Use native checker:

This is wrong. If you read the whole thread, you wouldn't have done that.

Maybe you have downloaded linux plugins version ( ends with .so ) ? if so download the dll plugins (windows version)
