My server wont go online because TCP is getting blocked in my router, UDP is open but as soon as i forward any port at TCP it says its not open or is not reacable, so my server cant go to public untill TCP is OPEN. Please help me fix this.

Ehm, I meant your ISP, Internet Service Provider.

You don't need TCP, SA:MP uses UDP only.

I got an open UDp port at 7777 but if i type my public IP in my favs it says retrieving info. and portforward.com's portchecker says my UDP is open.

Same, When i use 127.0.0.1 it does the retrieving info shit. I can still connect and play though so its not that big of a problem
