.DLL Errors and Runtime error with plugins

So i've tried to open a SAMP-server with sscanf and streamer plugins , after that i get these messages , even i downloaded the .DLL file and put it in C:WINDOWS/system32/ but it keeps saying like this , and it's not load the plugins
- I really need help now.

Gosh, why did you put it in the system32 folder? Put it in the sa-mp's root folder.

Sa-mp's root folder ? you meant GTA SA's root folder ? If i put there here's the new problem


@Newerth: I've DOWNLOADED all the missing files : msvcr100.dll , msvcp100.dll , but the result is 'Bad Image' errors.

Don't just download each individual dll! Download the complete package I linked! It's from microsoft who made them, so you're not likely to run into any other errors. It being from microsoft you can guarantee it's identity rather than just pasting randomly downloaded DLL's into your system, and you won't get errors further on down the line.
