Can I create new thread in "Plugin Development" without source code? The plugin is currently under development and I doesn't have fully working version to post. I want this thread to get ideas and suggestions before I publishing the plugin.

I believe its not allowed, because we cant know what you have added in that plugin, maybe you have added some spyware and such.

You have to release the full source code, otherwise you can only release the pre compiled version on a site other than the SAMP forums. And why wouldn't you be able to list the features? That just makes it seem suspicious.

If youre not releasing it yet, why post in a section meant for releases?
Noone will complain if you present that idea in the offtopic section, this is probably the best place to get ideas for current projects.
And once you got a version ready for release you simply post in the plugin section.

You can post work in progress plugin on the Plugin Development board, but source code is must otherwise don't bother releasing it here.

That why I asked because I know the rule but this situation is not the same as in the rule.

When I will finish the work on the plugin I will release the source code too.
