If you're talking about somebody elses server you can't just download their scripts. If you can't find it (And you've actually searched properly..) the chances are that you have no right to it.

PTP is licensed from what I hear, You cannot use it on a server, If you are caught they can take ur server down, Thats atleast what I understand.

I am an Official PTP admin and no you cannot find the PTP script it is off limits. You will not be able to DL it from any site. And you would not be able to use it on your server due to licensing.
