If you like variety and realism, then in my opinion I think Heavy Roleplay is the way to go once you find a scripter to adapt and expand on the server; if you like fictional, then Stunt/Death-Matching would be your best bet. Do you know how to port-forward your IP Address or transmit that information into a server? If not, you might want to consult somebody with experience for extra guidance. I wish you great luck and a fulfilling journey.

Hmm, the best I think is Light RP/CnR.
It's one of the best choices and there aren't many server with this type of gamemode

If your planning to open a server wouldn't you know what your going to make already?

And my honest opinion is anything but roleplay. Since there's so many out there atm and the internet list is so saturated with empty roleplay servers i think it would be a gigantic waste of time to make one.

I suggest you a mini mission server. Why not?
