Need an honest answer please.

What do you think is better, Linux or Windows? (To run a SAMP server + A small MC project on the side.)

So, I've been using a windows VPS for the past, six months now, and I'm looking for a change now.. I recently got a new game mode which is excellent for the Linux AND Windows VPS but it can include so much more with a Linux. I've never personally used Linux before so I'm quite worried about spending my money on something which could go horribly wrong.

Let me know which you think I should go for

Uses less resources, typically more secure, and has more 'server' applications that run optimal on it, and is actually easier to use and maintain once you know it well. Plenty of guides on the internet on doing many things in Linux.

Though, Linux definitely isn't going to be an easy thing to get a hold of initially if you've never used it before, it'll take time to get used to it and to be able to use it well.
