when i play SAmp & GTA theres letters all over the screen flickering all over the place how do i fix this??

I have this no, many people have this, i don't know the cause of this but's mostly it's a wrong weather id, something like -99999999999999999

Yes, try change the ingame weather - pretty sure it'll help.

Also change the time, many weather ids above 20 don't work properly with time > 17 || time < 12. For example you can try weather 44 and time 23

Ask an admin, you can't change it yourself. If they are no admins IG, then maybe ask on the servers forum about it.
