If so, they are textdraws that basically display objects. I can emphasize more if this is what you mean.

You can use F8 to get pictures in game

then go Documents> GTA San Andreas Users File > SAMP > screens

LOL they are actually sprites. They can be used in textdraws Example:
a sanandreas loading screen, etc.

Well being that its in scripting help, I assume you mean how you can get the GTA SA logo in game, it's an object made by CreateObject, its ID 18749.
