Go to C:\Users\NAME\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files

-And delete gta_sa.set -It should be fixed after..

If it did not work, try to remove some of your mods (Most car mods makes this error come up)

If none of these works, reinstalling SA-MP & Gta:SA Is a sure fix

You need to remove all the mods you added and it should be find
0xC0000005 means it's wrong model ID witch means one or more mods are creating this Opcode
I suggest you better re-install the game :/

You may want to check your CLEO modifications or someone added a selective .dll

Reinstall your GTA , Delete all the mods
