When the player enters the vehicle that is being sold, OnPlayerEnterVehicle will be initiated and then you simply use ShowPlayerDialog();. It can be a little hard to do at first but that's the point in coding xD.

if you new to scripting then you will have no idea how to make that unless you learn pretty fast.

if you want the dealership script to be like that on the video then you might have to pay if you want someone to do it for you.

No one will be able to completely write the code for you. Sorry to say, but creating a car system like you want is NOT easy and I really don't think anyone will do it for you unless you give them a good reason to: money, or if they're feeling nice.
