Hey all, I was downloading some gamemodes that used the GF script, because the other one that I used I didn't like. I downloaded this gamemode, http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=91039.0, and I realized an odd bug. Whenever I reigster, log off, and then log back in, It says the password is incorrect. I've tried this on two godfather scripts (The Godfather and the one I'm using now) and it happens on both, I'm 100% sure that it's the correct password, but i'm stuck. Could someone help me? Ok, I think i got your problem,
If you logout and log back in because you have edited your .ini to make yourself admin,
Never use your controlpanel, You have to download the .ini via ftp then edit then reupload,
As the password is encrypted the control panel editor corrupts it

Ahh, yes thats what I did. But what do you mean download the ini via ftp? Whats ftp?

Well you dont have to use FTP, You just have to find the .ini and download it onto your computer, Then you edit it and upload it again, And restart your server,

FTP is something like,

SmartFTP, or Filezilla, ect

Ah I see, but what exactly is the ini file? I see it just says "ini file". Normally I was just opening it with notepad or wordpad.

Step by Step Tutorial:

1. Find Firstname_Lastname.ini
2. Download onto your computer
3. Right-Click and edit using notepad
4. Change AdminLevel=0 To AdminLevel=1337
5. Then click File, Then Press Save
6. Goto your controlpanel
7. Click upload and then browse
8. Look for Firstname_Lastname.ini on your computer
9. Click Ok/Go And then restart your server
10. Logon and your password should remain the same

I'm sorry that this is such a hassle, but i'm pretty new at this stuff. What do you mean "download to your computer"?

Okay I extraced it to my desktop, changed the admin level, but then I didn't get what you mean to "Go to your control panel" because when I reloaded the server I wasn't an admin.. If you mean control panel like from the "Start" button, there is no "upload"
