my server is down and their website is down... why ?

Never heard of the host, they could have been a scam. You should only use hosts that are listed here:

My guess is that they got bored and left, or just forgot. Idk, best thing you can now is just switch to another hosting provider.

Well that list isn't updated every second, so it obviously hasn't been updated.
