This will not solve his problem, eventhough compiled MySQL plugins have static dependency support, it is best if you use dynamic libraries. To solve this problem, if you have root access to the machine you are attempting to run, by the looks of it, you appear to be running a Linux distro.

Please correct me if I am wrong; You will need to search for some MySQL devel packages by using apt-get, or yum. Or any other type of program you use to install packages to your machine.
