Where do you put them ?

P.S It's need to be putted under OnGameModeInit
It can't be under OnGameModeInit, he needs the playerid, he uses "GwTD[playerid][0]"

we are dealing with player-textdraws, the way you declared the var

just what others have said before,
player-textdraws are to be created in OnPlayerConnect.

So you have to move your code to OnPlayerConnect

also, about undefined symbol "GwTD"
i assume it's supposed to be a global var for the textdraws.
it should be created at the top of your script, outside of everything, global.
