hi, first at all sorry for bad english.
i need help, how can i change water color in samp? like in MTA.
and how to put weapon (like minigun) to car?
any basic code or somthing to start? Thanks alot !

1) You cannot change the water color.

2) You can attach a minigun to a car (AttachObjectToVehicle) but you can't make it shoot. At least not without a whole bunch of code and complex calculations.
