lawl, why you delete the GTA San Andreas Userfiles??

You should bring it back because sa-mp saves the chatlog,saved positions, the USERDATA which most important, and the screenshots

Should just not add to many modifications in-to your game.

I myself dont know what the problem is as its pretty weird and unusual as you have already re-installed GTA with no mods and such.

If you install CLEO or such as mod installer
Just uninstall it not the whole game only the mod!!!
And dont delete the SAMP userfiles

I had got the same problem I just re-installed my gta sa. Then I installed another version of SA-MP(I was using SA-MP TEAM but now littlewhiteys) Then it got fixed but I got a problem my gta3.img file remained as it was like in the old gta..
