It is very likely an issue in the their billing software. What's the point of this thread, why don't you email them instead of posting here?

7 tickets in 2 days? Hosting companies must love to have you as their customer, especially because of your awesome ticket subjects. :')

Actually i had email'd them...


While i had like 2 hosted tab servers + webhosting.

You are an asshole customer, which is not ok and you should be put on the asshole customer list!

From start to finish you would open tickets asking for something, then open another asking for something else (that contradicted the first ticket). When I did some of the things you asked for, or when you set your own services to cancel, you would open tickets to yell at me about getting what you wanted.

After you cancelled your own services and then opened tickets/emailed me "FUCK YOU" a few times, I (once again) carried out your wishes and terminated the services you ordered me to cancel. Given how our working relationship went, and your need to tell me to go fuck myself, I closed your account and wished you luck on your adventures somewhere else.

Basically I asked that will close 1 Samp Hosted Server, which was perfect then canceld all my server, Webhost / (1 Server that i used)


Then i asked for an refund for the webhost and the server i used...

Then they deleted my account and got an Invoice of them.

Section 11 of the Smart Bytes Hosting terms of service.

and I quote.

You should learn to read this as I believe Kaiser did the right thing, I would've suspended / delete you for insulting me on my own company.
