I believe you forgot a few things. You need to spell refund as refound. You forgot free VIP and admin? duh? This usually works: ROLEPLAY [REFOUNDING 5mil][GOLD VIP REFOUND][FREE CAR][HIRING ADMENS][FACTION LEADERS NEEDED]

I personally suggest you give it any odd name you can think of. A lot of funky names out there. You can ****** for adjective generators and pick any random one.
