Posting server IP is not allowed its like server advertising. Try to use monitor.sacnr.com. You'll find a lot of english role-play servers.

This is the reason low player base servers sometimes remain low player base..

Just check on the "hosted" tab on the SAMP server selection screen, that's how I started out. Although, I would highly recommend you try that on the weekends due to many players on each server. But you can try it any time you wish!

Instructions: Go to hosted tab > Check "Not Full" box > Check "Not Empty box" > Check "No Password" box > and under the "Mode" there is a box under there, enter "RP".
