MyBB, but IPB as a paid solution.
Also don't download a nulled vbulletin.

If you want free forum software then go MyBB and if you are willing to purchase forum software then go IP.Board.

If you're planning to buy vBulletin, don't. It's like throwing your money in the mud. I prefer MyBB, it's simple, can be integrated and many apps can be built off it. Although I'm kinda worried about MyBB 2.0, going to loose some respect for its major rebuild in Yii since no plugin can actually work on it which is older than 1.8.9?

Vbulletin is firstly overpriced, and secondly no point just listing the paid ones. Not everyone can afford to buy software. Especially $140 for Xenforo
