I use beethink antiguard ddos , just can stop them ddos by block one IP per , they try to fake ip by sock5 and proxy keep their vps for ddosing , how can i prevent and stop them forever

You already got a few answers here.

Regardless; either get a DDoS protected host (doesn't need to be much assuming the attacker is probably using a shitty layer 7 HF.net booter - anything that prevents floods and stressing does the job) or change the IP in the hope the guy doesn't find it anymore.

There is no specific way to stop EVERY SINGLE IP from DDoS'ing your VPS. Try contacting your network provider with the IP's you already know and they may be able to root it to the main directory.

You can't firewall a DDoS IP, it'll still be attacking you'll have to ask your provider to help you or get a DDoS protected host.

Try getting a VPS from OVH, some ppl can assign u a server on OVH at cheap rates but mostly its a bit costly but its effective, OVH got anti DDOS more than 400GB + attack

that's the network capacity they won't protect your single vps with 400gbps of protection.
