I'm having this problem with a server,
I keep getting this error message.

C:\Users\Shane\Desktop\SS\MSVCR100.dll is either not disigned to run on windows or it contains an error.
Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact system administrator or the software vender for support.....

Can anyone help me figure this out?

open pawno.exe
open your gamemode
then compline

if it doesn"t work then it might be a problem of the plugin

Do that, then report back. Downloading random DLL files is the worst thing you could do.
