I dunno but I think there's a bug with the anti lag system.

I got banned three times for HHing, even though I weren't.
They said that I got hit by bullets, but on my screen it's not. There's just some bullets passed and didn't hit me.

Is there something to do with the anti-lag system?

It's probably relared to your PC / internet. What's the ping for that server for you?

Hahah yeah if you got over 200, You will lag really much for you and for everyone else! so you can tell them your ping

300-400 is considered to be a high ping. However, I still got doubts because, even a lucky shot could bring your armour/health at least 1 point lower. You may consider another option: Desync bug
You might be desynced. Many admins wrongfully ban people for HH, even they are just desynced. If it's none of the above, then it might be a problem with the system, since you've mentioned you do not use hacks
