As, i know we can add cinema on our servers but can we put a real on it? i've only found an object. i want to place a real movie on screen. Can you tell me how i can or can we?

You could statically put the user in front of a white square using setmaterial and then using objects to do your own stuff like I know this guy who did flappy bird only using objects. You cannot stream video via SA-MP.

Possibly and manually (non-scriptable), using a modification called 'SA-MP Live' which is probably outdated anyways..
