Ever since I installed Windows 8.1 on my PC, I have not been able to see health/armor bars on other players. I have tried reinstalling GTA and SAMP, to no avail. And apparently, there isn't a method for removing Windows 8.1, so do you guys have any suggestions?

Common problem with Intel Graphics. Get a proper graphics card and/or don't play on a laptop.

I had the same problem, and installing a GFX Card fixed it. I installed my old one to see if it fixes it and it did.
