when i try to launch server
it's not announced on the internet
i don't know why?

Make sure you go to your server.cfg and change the value:

announce 0

to

announce 1

Then it should announce. Why do you say it is not announced? It's not on the list or when you or your friends put it on favorites it doesn't show up?

just be sure that you port forwarded your port number and you are sure for your ip
you can know your ip from here : www.whatismyip.com
