Use FileZilla to upload your server files to the server where the SA:MP server will be running.

Thats something you should ask your hoster. Noone here can tell you "where the files are".

I think, you are using Samp.gs free hosting. So, you need "FileZilla" for it and you must know the correct usage of FileZilla.
