In 0.3z i'v tried to connect to samp server with proxy many times, But not success.
Seem 0.3z not support proxy.
I need to use proxy for connect to server, Because i'm in Universal domitory and it blocked game server connection.

Have you tried other servers?
I have anti proxies in my server because of many ban evaders using voxility server's and shit so.. don't try to connect to mine.

What type of proxy? I don't even think SA-MP has ever supported connecting through windows proxy settings, at least it's never worked for me with SOCKS...
SA-MP has never blocked any kind of proxies or VPNs. It's a problem in regards to the proxy server you're using to connect. They most probably blocked UDP ports, hence it would appear to you as if proxies are firewalled.

I used ProxyCap, it have TCP and UDP.
Previous version it work normally but since 0.3z it can't.
It not retrieve server information in server list.
Ok, maybe it is a problem in my proxy.

IP look ups might reveal a server being a proxy we automatically ban anyone found on a proxy other servers might do something similar.
