ehm, asfar as I know there ain't an include called FCNPC.

if you're looking for CNPC, it's not supported anymore in the current samp version.

I recommend you to download the link I provided before, it's the only known FCNPC plugin/include, it's got an include in the package, although use all the files or it won't work.
